Final Uncle Grandpa Recording Session
Eric Bauza (the voice of Belly Bag in Uncle Grandpa) has announced that the final voice recording session for Cartoon Network’s Uncle Grandpa animated series was recorded yesterday. The show premiered in 2013 and a total of five seasons were produced. Uncle Grandpa is known for its nonsensical humour, visual gags, catchphrases and pure randomness, the show follows a man who’s everyone’s Uncle and Grandpa and visits people to help solve their problems, his close friends include a dinosaur named Mr. Gus, a Belly Bag and a slice of pizza named Pizza Steve. Nick Edwards, one of the show’s animators won a Creative Arts Emmy in 2014 in the “Outstanding Individual in Animation” category, for his work in the episode “Afraid of the Dark”.

New Mobile Game: Justice League Action Run
Last week, Warner Bros. Entertainment released a mobile game based on DC Comics’ latest animated series – Justice League Action, the new game is a “running” game with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Firestorm and Cyborg as playable characters. There are a total of 150 mission based levels, in each level the player will have to run, slide, fly and blast through obstacles. In the game, the player will get to fight the Joker, Darkseid, Lex Luthor and Lobo.

The Powerpuff Girls To Premiere On Disney Channel Germany On Monday 20th March
Everyone’s favourite superheroines will be premiering on an unlikely channel in Germany – Disney Channel on Monday 20th March, episodes will air Monday to Friday at 3.55pm. In November 2016, it was announced that Disney Channel Germany has brought the free-to-air broadcasting rights to The Powerpuff Girls, while Cartoon Network Germany has the pay-TV first-run rights for the show.

Cartoon Network Nordic’s Morgon Kubben New Graphics
Cartoon Network Nordic (the version of Cartoon Network that broadcasts to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland) has given their Morgon Kubben (Morning Club) breakfast-time programming block a graphics refresh, the block now features retro 1980’s neon graphics combined with cartoon character model animations from Cartoon Network’s Dimensional rebrand package.
Teen Titans Go! 200th Episode Celebration
Warner Bros. Animation’s Teen Titans Go! celebrated its 200th episode last week with a special party, the show’s voice cast, Scott Menville (Robin), Hynden Walch (Starfire), Tara Strong (Raven) and Greg Cipes (Beast Boy) attended the special event.
