Bakugan Battle Planet Premieres On Cartoon Network USA Tomorrow 23rd December
Tomorrow (23rd December) at 7pm ET/PT, Cartoon Network USA will be premiering a new show based on a revived children’s toy, card game and anime franchise – Bakugan called “Bakugan Battle Planet”. Toy company – Spin Master, Japanese anime production company – TMS, Canadian animation company – Nelvana and Cartoon Network have partnered up to produce the new animated series, the new show also marks the 10th anniversary of the Bakugan media and toy franchise. The original Bakugan animated series – Bakugan Battle Brawlers had a run of four seasons, which aired on Cartoon Network in several countries worldwide (between 2007 and 2012), the series also had an internationally successful toy range.
The new series will feature a Japanese anime art style combined with computer-generated animation, each episode in the new series follows a boy named Dan and his group of friends as they forge relationships with mysterious alien creatures known as Bakugan.
In January 2019, Spin Master will be launching a brand new integrated toy line and trading card game. The new card game will appeal to all people of various skill levels and promises a heightened battling experience and revolutionary card play. The new game makes uses of enhanced technology that transforms each of the marble-like balls into multiple collectible characters when rolled over a magnetic card. Also for the first time ever, Bakugan is available as a mobile app on iTunes and Google Play. The app allows fans to learn, battle and track their collection in the ultimate Bakugan fan hub through several interactive features. Fans can refine their skills and Bakugan knowledge through tutorial videos, the latest news and information about the TV series, characters and webisodes and a mobile mini game where fans can battle, win and unlock more Bakugan.

Cartoon Network USA will also air a new episode of Bakugan Battle Planet on 29th December at 7am, new episodes will continue to air on Saturdays at 7am during January 2019. BAKUGAN challenges players to become the ultimate BAKUGAN Master. Brawlers can face off against friends with their BAKUGAN by rolling it across the metal BAKUCores and seeing it transform with pop-open Baku-Action. Brawlers can add new BAKUGAN to their army and storm the Battle Arena to victory. Players can add over 100 BAKUGAN from Season One to their collection to build a Bakugan team to battle with friends.
BAKUGAN Ultra give you the power to make the fierce BAKUGAN creatures perform even more epic transformations. By rolling them across the metal BAKUCores, these deluxe BAKUGAN will leap into battle and pick up a BAKUCore revealing its hidden power.
